Follow these steps to place an order:

1. Choose a product in our shop and ADD IT TO THE CART. You can still browse through the shop and add more products.
   
   
2. If you want to buy the product(s), click on CHECKOUT.
   
   
3. Now we need your data for the order handling. Required fields are marked with a red star. Hit CONTINUE once you are done.
   
   
4. Next you have to select your shipping option. Confirm your choice with CONTINUE.
   
   
5. On the next page you have to select your payment option. Confirm your choice with CONTINUE.
   
   
6. On the last order page you will see an overview of your order and you will have to accept our Conditions of Use. 
   
   
7. Once you hit CONFIRM ODER, the order is complete.
   
   In case you have chosen the payment method "Credit Card" you will be directed to our payment service provider mPay24. After you prompt your payment details they will be transferred securely and encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company and your order is completed.
   
   
8. You will receive an order confirmation with all relevant information automatically via E-mail. You can check the status of your order in your customer account at all times.

The stock status in our shop is live. When you see a product marked as "in stock", it's currently available.

Product in stock	The product is ready for shipping.
Product not in stock - Usually ships within 1 - 2 weeks	The product has been reordered. You can add it to your shopping cart and preorder it.
Product not in stock - Usually ships within 3 - 4 weeks	The product will be ordered shortly. You can add it to your shopping cart and preorder it.
Currently sold out - Available on request	The product is currently not in stock. Possibly it has not been reproduced anymore. We gladly inform you about availability and shipping time.

Credit Card payments are processed through our payment service provider mPay24. Your data will be transferred securely and encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company. When using the payment option Bank Transfer, no sensitive data will be transferred.

Your order will be prepared for shipping immediately provided the ordered products are in stock. After we received your payment we will ship the product(s) within 24 hours (on weekdays). For details please see the shipping options. We inform you about any status change on your order.
