You would like to receive your order as soon as possible? Please choose the Standard Shipping. Orders with payment option credit card and cash on delivery will be generally shipped on the same business day latest the next business day. If you choose bank transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the order total has been credited to our account.

If you are not that much in a hurry, please choose the Supersaver option. In this case your order will be shipped within 2 business days after the receipt of your payment.

You don't care about a DVD or Blu-ray box? Choose Shipping without DVD-Box and we will send you the disc(s) in a paper casing only plus the inlay.

Partial Delivery: In case you have ordered a product, which is not in stock, we will forward it to you at no charge. (Standard Shipping only). In case we expect the product to arrive shortly, we will let you know and ship your order once it's complete.

After we shipped your order you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation. Packages to Germany are shipped through the parcel service LogoiX, who forwards the packages to DHL. The DHL Tracking number (for a more detailled tracking) is available 1 - 2 business days after shipping. Packages to Austria are shipped as a postal package.

The delivery of all offered products is permitted by the Austrian legislature. There are NO problems regarding the delivery to Germany! You DO NOT have to pay customs within the European Union!

EU-Standard-Transfer: Your bank will charge you the cost of a domestic transfer at the most.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is only available for customers from Germany and Austria.  
Next to the basic shipping costs there will be charged an amount of € 8,50.

The deliverer will hand you out the package against the cash payment of the order total. In case he won't reach you at your delivery address, he will leave a note.
