How do I order?
Follow these steps to place an order:
1.
Choose a product in our shop and ADD IT TO THE CART.
2.
If you want to buy the product, click on CHECKOUT.
3.
Please fill out the form with your information and click on CONTINUE.
4. Choose your delivery option. Confirm
your choice with CONTINUE.
5.
Specify your payment option. Confirm your choice
with CONTINUE.
6.
On the last order page you will see an overview
of your order and you will have to accept our Conditions of Use.
7.
We will receive your order as soon as you click on CONFIRM
ORDER.
7a. In case you have chosen the payment method
"Credit Card" you will be directed to our payment service
provider mPay24. After you prompt your payment details
they will be transferred securely and
encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company
and your order is completed.
8. You
will receive an order confirmation with all relevant information
automatically per eMail. You can check the
status of your order in your customer account at all times.
How do
I redeem Gift Vouchers/Coupons?
Gift Voucher/Coupon: During the order process (on the same
page where you select the payment method) there will be a box to
enter the Code provided.
Gift Voucher: By clicking on the link in the eMail. If you do not have a customer account yet,
you can create it now. If you are already a registered member,
just log in and you will see your Credit in the shopping cart.
Is it safe to
order in your shop?
Credit Card payments are processed through our payment service
provider mPay24. Your data will be transferred securely and
encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company.
When using the payment option Bank Transfer, no sensitive data will be transferred.
What happens after my order?
Your order WILL BE PREPARED for shipping IMMEDIATELY. After we
received your payment we will ship the product(s) within 12
hours (on weekdays). Discretion
