How do I order?

Follow these steps to place an order:

1. Choose a product in our shop and ADD IT TO THE CART.
2. If you want to buy the product, click on CHECKOUT.
3. Please fill out the form with your information and click on CONTINUE.
4. Choose your delivery option. Confirm your choice with CONTINUE.
5. Specify your payment option. Confirm your choice with CONTINUE.
6. On the last order page you will see an overview of your order and you will have to accept our Conditions of Use.
7. We will receive your order as soon as you click on CONFIRM ORDER.

7a. In case you have chosen the payment method "Credit Card" you will be redirected to our payment service provider Unzer (note: please do not block the pop-up window in your browser!). After you prompt your payment details they will be transferred securely and encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company and your order is completed.

You will receive an order confirmation with all relevant information automatically per eMail. You can check the status of your order in your customer account at all times.

What does the stock status mean?

The stock status in our online store is live. Products that show up as in stock are available.

Product in stock
The product is available.

Usually ships within 3 - 4 weeks
The product will be ordered shortly. You can put it in your basket and pre-order it.

Out of stock
The product is not in stock and also out of print.

Is it safe to order in your shop?

Credit Card payments are processed through our payment service provider Unzer. Your data will be transferred securely and encrypted through a SSL connection to the credit card company.
When using the payment option Bank Transfer, no sensitive data will be transferred.

What happens after my order?

Your order WILL BE PREPARED for shipping IMMEDIATELY. After we received your payment we will ship the product(s) within 24 hours (on weekdays).



We deliver the products with the sender name BULLET MEDIA SOLUTIONS in well-protected packaging that will not display the contents of your order! Credit Cards will also be charged with the purpose BULLET MEDIA SOLUTIONS.

Privacy and Data Protection

YOUR DATA WILL NEVER BE GIVEN OR SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES! We use your personal data solely for the purpose of our order process. Discretion and confidentiality, as well as a strict adherence to data protection laws, are a matter of course for us.


All of our products are sealed in plastic, unless the manufacturer has delivered the product differently.
